Blogger hates quotes and apostrophes

Sometimes blogger correctly encodes quotes (apostrophe too) other times it doesn't. My last post used a lot of apostrophes and double quotes and of course it didn't encode correctly. Arggg. I've hand added all the ' and "s now so it should be readable.
